Welding Works

Our certified welders are tested according to the standards of EN ISO 9606-1 and EN ISO 9606-2. Their expertise extends to various welding processes that we use based on the specific requirements and application areas of your projects:

  • Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW / Process 111)
  • Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW / Process 131)
  • Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW / Process 141)
  • Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW / Process 135)

Our team has extensive experience in welding technology and metal processing. It is capable of reliably welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum; both in our workshop and at your location.

In case of personnel shortages, we are available at short notice as contract welders. This ensures that your projects are implemented on time and professionally.

Furthermore, we specialize in the realization of small and medium series productions in metal processing. Our primary goal is to ensure the highest precision and quality to fully meet all requirements.

Boats and Yachts

We are your experts in processing all common metals and alloys in water sports and always find the optimal solution for your yacht.

Our expertise includes working with steel, corrosion-resistant chromium-nickel steels, and seawater-resistant aluminum. We offer comprehensive repair and service solutions to ensure that your yacht is in top condition.

Our network includes boat builders, naval architects, welding engineers, yacht services, and sailmakers – a versatile team that enables us to provide comprehensive advice and implement projects of various kinds.

We are available on-site, whether at your berth or in your winter storage, to take measurements and carry out necessary work.

Since major yacht renovations are rarely permitted in marinas and winter storage areas, we are constructing an additional hall where activities such as welding, sandblasting, and painting of yachts up to a length of approximately 15 meters will be possible.

Feel free to contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

CNC Plasma Cutting

With us, you receive custom-made cuts in various metals such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and more.

Our products are precisely manufactured according to your specifications, whether it’s a custom single production, based on your pencil sketch, or a series production based on your DXF file.

Furthermore, we offer precise measurement work directly at your location. Through exact measurements, we ensure that the manufactured components can be optimally integrated into your project.

Turning

We offer turning work on a conventional lathe. With a maximum workpiece size of 1400mm x 400mm, we turn precise components from a wide range of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and much more.

For our yacht customers, we often process plastics such as PA, PE, POM, PTFE or PU to turn, for example, bearing bushes or similar.
